The application works on the artificial intelligence model, wherein 4 data streams of recent and relevant sold transactions, Ejari/rent transactions, market listings, and recent valuations are used. The adjustments related to all property attributes different from standard ones are applied through a scientific weighted average rating approach.

The valuation, building consulting, and management consulting services teams are managed by 3 chartered valuer members of RICS. All our valuers/service people are very well qualified and experienced. Our Founder and Chairman, Mr. Bilal Moti, is an MBA and also a well‑qualified member of RICS (MRICS) since 2016. He has 25 years of commercial banking and investment banking experience on one hand and 15 years of real estate investment and valuation experience in the UAE, GCC, and internationally. He is the Vice Chairman and a Board Member of the Dubai Chamber Real Estate Valuation Advisory Group.
