Windmills has a committed leadership supplemented with a truly international team with extensive expertise and professional experience.
Our Chairman and 3 senior valuation executives are registered members of the RICS (i.e. MRICS-qualified), as well as being RICS Registered Valuers, and are supported by a pool of AssocRICS members, who are enroute to the RICS qualifications. Our team has more than 50 years of valuation experience in total in the region, and more than 100 years of UAE based real estate related experience. Almost all our valuers have dual qualification in engineering and / or finance. Our Chairman has 37 years of banking, investments and valuation experience in UAE, GCC and Europe. In addition our 3 senior valuation executives have had extensive property valuation and property management experience in UAE, GCC and Europe.
